Friday’s humor – Avoid using jargons in project communications

One of the many challenges of project communications is the use of indefinite and ambiguous jargons. Many project materials, documents or reports are often peppered with jargons that do not convey the message or business benefits.

If there are some complicated words or acronyms, they should be used sparingly under the condition that they are clarified beforehand or they are explained in a footnote in a report.  Project communications should be clear, concise and to the point !
