The IT department of the Neuchâtel Entity (abbreviated in French as SIEN ) is responsible for the IT strategy for the Canton of Neuchâtel in Switzerland. NQI Orchestra allows SIEN to manage 500 projects, to monitor and track 4000 tasksall at the same time.
